How
How it Works:
1. AMRs waiting at the standby area receives the order schedules of the day as a command from client software (MES/ERP/WMS)
2. According to order schedule, TVC Fleet+ coordinates and assigns AMRs appropriate tasks to move material from warehouse to production line.
3. TVC Fleet+ enables AMR to interface with conveyor system to feed in material into machinery or elevator to travel between floors.
4. AMR moves half finished goods between production lines or to warehouse for storage according to given commands.
5. AMR returns empty racks or totes back to its designated to be used for next orders.
6. AMR returns to waiting position if no new tasks are received. AMR goes to charging station when battery is low.
