How
How it Works:
1. AMRs waiting at the standby area will receive a command from the WMS and guides worker to bind the correct tote for the task.
2. AMR arrives at the pick spot and alerts worker with voice and light signals.
3. Worker can trigger person following mode for multiple picks within the zone.
4. Worker follows instructions on the tablet screen to pick and place items into the designated bins.
5. When the task is finished, the AMR either proceeds to the next picking spot or returns to the packing area with instructions from tablet screen.
6. Worker at the packing area packs items from totes to be shipped out. AMR returns to standby area for the next task.
